A Notification has been issued on 31-05-2022 in connection with Guidelines Regarding Sanction of GP Fund Cases by Directorate of Public Instructions (EE) Punjab. Further detail of said notification in same is as under;

It has come to the notice that while consideration and approval of the requests regarding sanction of G.P Fund advance, the authority usually demands attachment of additional documents from the teachers, whereas, these documents are available in HRMIS.
Since the documents are already available in the personal files of teachers in HRMIS. Therefore, the same may be got checked and verified from HRMIS. If any additional documents are required and the same is not available in HRMIS that may be demanded only. However, the applicants will have to submit the latest payslip through not manually.
