Approval of Eid-ul-Fitr holidays 2023 has been made by Cabinet Division of Pakistan.The Government of Pakistan said that the Eid holidays were approved on the recommendation of the Cabinet Division.In this regard,An official notification has also been issued.
According to the Interior Ministry said that these Eid holidays would be observed from April 21 to April 25.
In continuation of Cabinet Division’s Circular No.10-02/2022-Min-Il dated 23″0 December, 2022 regarding Public and Optional holidays for the year 2023, it is for general information that the Prime Minister is pleased to declare 21″ to 25″ April, 2023 (Friday to Tuesday) as public holidays on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

When will Eid ul Fitr be?
The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee of Pakistan is set to meet on April 20 for the sighting of the Eid ul Fitr crescent moon.According to Mufti Khalid Ijaz the Eid ul Fitr 2023 would most likely be celebrated on April 22 after completing 30 fasting days of the holy month of Ramazan.
