Pakistan’s government, in collaboration with the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), has introduced the BISP Mobile Registration Vehicles 2024 initiative. Under this program, both new and existing families interested in enrolling or maintaining their registration in the Kafalat program no longer need to visit a BISP Registration center. Instead, Mobile Registration teams will come directly to your doorstep, streamlining the process. If you are part of the existing BISP 8171 program, updating your information with the new registration setup is now a requirement.
Initially launched in Sindh and Balochistan, the BISP Mobile Registration is set to expand nationwide. The primary objective behind this initiative is to reach out to new families, ensuring widespread awareness, and collect more precise and up-to-date data.
BISP Mobile Vehicles Registration Procedure 2024 Apply Online
- Accessible to All Families: Families unaware of the BISP program due to limited knowledge or resources can now join within 24 hours.
- Active Mobile Vehicle Registration: The Benazir Income Support Program’s mobile vehicle registration is now operational, with teams visiting homes for family surveys.
- Documentation Requirements: Stay at home when the BISP mobile registration vehicle visits your area, providing necessary documents like CNIC card, B-Form, House Rental agreement, Nikah Nama, Death Certificate, etc.
- Phased Availability: The Ehsaas BISP Mobile Registration will first be available in 25 districts, gradually expanding to more areas after a month.

BISP Mobile Registration 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Accessibility for All: Families unable to visit BISP registration centers or lack local Help Centers for registration can now utilize the mobile registration facility.
- Coverage for Flood Victims: Flood victims can receive their 8171 Ehsaas Program 25000 BISP cash payment through this mobile registration.
- Stay Informed: Poor and eligible individuals are advised to stay at home during the mobile registration process.
- Motive of Ehsaas Mobile Registration: To offer the easiest way of registration for eligible families, utilizing BISP mobile registration for digital surveys.
- Support for Low-Paid Individuals: Low-paid salary individuals and their families are given an opportunity to register, receiving governmental financial support to alleviate the impact of increasing inflation across Pakistan.
- Enrollment in BISP Ehsaas Program: Families can enroll in the BISP Ehsaas Program to access additional support.
