Notification Clarification Calculation of Marks for E Transfer Merit
In continuation of this department’s notification of an even number dated 28th September 2023. According to the notification entry higher education department clarifies the point mentioned in Para 3 serial No. 3.Detail is given below;
Clarification Calculation
| Sr.No | Marking Criteria | Merit marks | Clarifications |
| 1 | For each year served at a place other than the district of domicile. Then the marking criteria will based on the current place of posting of the candidate who applied for the transfer | Merit marks/ per year score calculated up to two decimals. The calculation will be made up to the 10 marks. For the partial mark calculation made as 2 / 365 for each year served in the district instead of the district of domicile | If any candidate applies for the E transfer on the basis of his or her domicile district from other than the domicile district. Then the applicant will get the said marks. It also clarifies that in case of intra-district transfers, the candidate will not be awarded the said marks |
