Notification of Establishment of PEC Filed Offices at Divisional Level has been issued by Punjab Examination Commission Wahdat Colony Lahore on 27-09-2022. In this regard estimation through XEN is concerned with M&R work in proposed buildings/rooms for the purpose sought. Further detail of said notification in same is as under;

Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) is an examination body that intends to establish field offices in each division of Punjab. So, Punjab Examination Commission constituted a committee for the preparation of a feasibility report in terms of the availability of space in the CEO Offices for the establishment of PEC field offices at the divisional level. The committee visited 08 divisions of Punjab and had meetings with concerned CEOs (DEA) and they’re respective.
As a result of consultative meetings, the committee prepared a division-wise report on proposed space for offices by concerned CEOs which I as under:-

It is hereby requested to get the M&R (Maintenance & Repair) estimates through the concerned XEN of the Building Department and submit them within a week so that budget may be allocated accordingly.
