Feasibility Report for Establishment & Up-gradation of Schools in Punjab

I am director to refer to the subject cited above and to inform you that as per the vision of the Honorable Chief Minister, the Punjab School Education Department is trying its best to provide free quality education to every child of Punjab at its doorstep in this context following initiatives are proposed for the provision of quality education:-

• Upgradation of primary schools to Elementary Level.
• Upgradation of Elementary Schools to High Level.
• Establishment of new schools
• Upgradation of High Schools to Higher Secondary Level.
•  I am, therefore directed to request you to finish the Feasibility Reports of all such feasible schools as per approved criteria of the Government of the Punjab Schools Education Department in soft form by email at soschoolsihr@gmail.com as well as hard form by 10^th March 2024
• I am further director to request that following points must be followed: –
• For the establishment of the new school, the land reserves must be mutated in the name of the school education department’s affidavit will not be accepted However Documentary Evidence of mutation must be attached.
• Feasibility Reports must be initiated by DEO / DY, DEO and countersigned by CEO concerned
• At the time of preparation of feasibility Repots follow the approved criteria notified by the Government of the Punjab School Education Department must be followed (copy enclosed)
