How to Self Enumeration? | 7th Digital Census 2023

Self Enumeration app from your mobile which will work from February 20 to 03- March 2023 . After downloading enter your family data in any part of the country. Finally you will get a unique code (UTN). Deliver the UTN number to the teachers (enumerator) on duty in your block in the respective districts on the day of the census by yourself or through someone else or if you are an employee or entrepreneur, write the UTN number to someone at home. All your data will be entered in your respective block as soon as you enter the UTN number if given to the staff.

That way you or the ladies don’t have to stand at the door in your absence Remember that all people must register the population because on the basis of this you are provided with development fund, health centers, schools, colleges, universities and job opportunities. If the block has less population, it will be merged into another village council in the next elections So try to register your entire population for your rights

Simple procedure for people to self register in census:

Step-1

First of all, you have to visit the official site of PBS (Link is given below)

Step-2

After visit official site, you have to Sign up / Register using your mobile number and generate a secure login / password for sign in.

Step -3

After successfully sign up and registration, you have to Complete the Questionnaire by providing the detail as under;

• Family Information
• Housing Information
• Respondent Information

Step-4

After filling the form / Questionnaire ,review / confirm your information and edit if needed, before submitting the census Questionnaire.

Step-5

After submission of Questionnaire a UTN will be issued to you which will be saved in your portal and sent to your registered mobile number through SMS.This UTN will be verified by our Census Enumerators during field enumeration.
