A notification has been forwarded to the Chief Executive Officers (DEAs) of Districts Gujranwala, Gujrat, MB Din, Hafizabad, Narowal, and Sialkot regarding Inspection and Visit of Schools in Gujranwala Division on 02-02-2024 to 03-02-2024.
Kindly refer to the subject cited above and to state that the competent authority is hereby directed the undersigned to visit / inspect of public schools on 02.02.2024 & 03.02.2024 for Gujranwal Division. During the inspection / visit, the following key areas will be observed;

During the inspection/visit, the following key areas will be observed:
- Sanctioning of all posts as per Budget Book/SNE
- Correction of Teachers’ data on School Information System (SIS)
- Enrollment of students
- Identification of missing facilities
- Assessment of security measures in schools
- Verification of attendance/visitor’s register
- Inspection of warehouses holding educational material.
