Reference is made to the letter No. SO(A-I)-31/2008(P-I) Dated 8th January, 2024 regarding all Private and Public schools shall reopen on 10th January, 2024 and school timing shall be observed from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM till 22nd January, 2024.
You are directed to ensure the following instructions must be followed by all schools, as given below;
- All students must wear any warm clothing, sweater, jackets and caps etc. and any shoes for protection against the cold weather.
- The result of midterm examination must be announced till 11th January, 2024 and PTM must be conducted till 15th January on the basis of midterm examination result. The record of midterm examination must be maintained as per given format by this Directorate.
- The classroom management must be up to the mark. The sufficient lighting bulbs must be installed for sufficient lighting in classrooms.
- All the teaching Aids in classrooms must be functional.
- All the school furniture must be repaired and functional in classrooms.
- The teachers diary must be written and also marked by the school head teacher regularly.
- The schools cleanliness and grass cutting must be up to the mark.5
- Removal of Junks/debris and plugging off water leakages.
- All the head teachers must maintain the saplings in school so the plants can be planted during plantation drive in February 2024.
- All the CCTV cameras and metal detector must be functional.
