A notification has been issued on 19 July 2022 in connection with Grant Utility Allowance, Judicial, Field, Special Compensation Allowance Ombudsman by the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab. Further detail of said notification in same is as under;
Grant Utility Allowance, Judicial, Field, Special Compensation Allowance Ombudsman
In exercise of powers conferred under section 20 read with section 37 of the Punjab Office of the Ombudsman Act 1997, the Hon’ble Ombudsman Punjab has been pleased to grant the following allowances in favor of the employees of the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab, appointed under Section 20 read with section 37 of the Act ibid, against the Sanctioned Posts of BS-1 to BS-21 w.e.f. 01.07.2022. The expenditure will be debited in the requisite Heads of Accounts mentioned In below table:

Note:*Special Compensation Allowance (A01229) will only be admissible for the employees which are posted in Head Office, Lahore.**Field Allowance (A0120G) will only be admissible for the employees posted in Regional Offices of the Ombudsman Punjab.
Head of Expenditures
The expenditures involved will be debited to “Grant No. PC21010-(010))-General Administration-01-General Punjab Service-011-Executive and Legislative Organs, Financial 011104-Administrative Inspection-L-LQ-4061-Provincial Ombudsman, Object Heads “A01248-Judicial Allowance, A01225-Utility Allowance, A01229-Special Compensation Allowance and A0120G-Field Allowance” against the Cost Centers (LO4185, RI4180, MN-4343, NL-5090, OK-5090, GA-5090, MB-5090, LN-5090) under the budgetary Provisions w.e.f. 01.07.2022 on the monthly salaries of the employees who were appointed against the sanction posts of BS-1 to BS-21.
