A notification of Ban on transfers / Postings in Higher Education Department by S&GAD on 20-02-2023.Further detail in same is as under;

NOTIFICATION OF BAN ON TRANSFERS / POSTINGS HED PUNJAB 2023

I am directed to refer to your letter No.SO(G)11-331/2023 dated 31.01.2023 on the subject cited above, whereby Administrative Department has requested for relaxation of ban to the extent of following cases:

Posting of newly recommended Lectures by PPSC
Posting of officers / officials who have been recently promoted.
Posting of officers / officials who have joined / reported department after availing leave.

I am further directed to request that lists of proposed officers / officials alongwith placement plan for transfers / postings may kindly be furnished, to proceed further in the matter.
