A notification has been issued on 21 December 2021 in connection with winter vacations in all Public and Private Universities of Punjab.Further detail of said notification in same is as under;
WINTER VACATION 2021 IN ALL UNIVERSITIES OF PUNJAB
SO(ADMN)MISC/2020: It is hereby notified that all the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) both in Public and Private sector under the jurisdiction of Higher Education Department Punjab shall remain closed for winter vacation w.e.f. 23″d December, 2021 to 6 January, 2022.
All the concerned authorities shall ensure 100 % vaccination of all teaching and non teaching staff and students by the opening of Institutions in the wake of increasing number of Omicron variant of COVID-19. Non-accepted teaching, non-technical staff and students shall not be allowed to enter their concerned Institutions. In case of noncompliance the authorities concerned shall be held responsible.
