The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government has announced a 10% salary increase for government employees based on their basic pay. The Budget Speech Copy KPK 2024 is also available for employees and pensioners.
Calculating the salary increase effective from 1st July 2024 is straightforward. Employees can simply remove the last digit “0” from their current basic pay to find their increase. To make this easier, we have prepared a simple table/chart showing the salary increases for KP employees. The chart displays the salary increases for both the initial and final stages of each pay scale, from BPS-01 to BPS-22.
