A notification regarding Rate of Markup on Loans and Advances to Punjab Govt Servants has been issued by Finance Department,Govt.of Punjab.According to this notification ,final rate of mark-up chargeable on house building advances & other advances to Government Servants shall be 15.58% per annum for the financial year 2023.This notification has been issued on 02 November 2023.Further detail is as under;
RATE OF MARK-UP CHARGEABLE ON LOANS AND ADVANCES TO GOVERNMENT SERVANTS.
In continuation of this department’s memorandum of even number dated November 29, 2022, it has been decided that the final rate of mark-up chargeable on house building advances & other advances to Government Servants shall be 15.58% per annum for the financial year 2023.
