RELAXATION OF BAN ON POSTING /TRANSFER OF OFFICERS By ECP

A notification of relaxation of Ban on Posting / Transfer of Officers to Education Department of KPK by Election Commission of Pakistan on 1st February 2023.Further detail of said notification in same is as under;

RELAXATION OF BAN ON POSTING /TRANSFER OF OFFICERS By ECP

I am directed to refer to your letter No. D.O So E-I/E&AD/1-1/2023dated 26th January, 2023 on the subject cited above and to convey that the Hon’ble Commission has been pleased to accede your request conditionally to the extent of: –

• Posting/ Transfer as a consequence of court cases.
• Posting/transfer as a result of promotion enabling the officers to actualize promotion.

However, all transfer/posting in the province should be made with prior approval of the Commission.
