In pursuance of PEC Commission approval vide its 28th meeting held on January 03, 2023, the following schedule is hereby notified in order to conduct school Based Assessment (SBA) for Grades 1 to 8 by the district education authority.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  • Model papers for the guidance of the teachers and students are available on the PEC website.
  • Every school will generate papers through the login into the item Bank system (IBS) with a QR code and showing the complete information of the school with an EMIS code(which can be scanned through any QR code scanning App)
  • The DEAs are requested to take necessary measures to ensure that schools have utilized by using their own login and conducted assessments as per the guidelines issues.
