A notification has been issued by Director General Education Islam Abad in connection with Uniform Work Load for Teaching staff of Schools /Colleges.Further detail of said notification in same is as under;
UNIFORM wORK LOAD OF TEACHING STAFF OF SCHOOLS /COLLEGES
The competent authority ie. Director General (Education) has been pleased to approve uniform workload for teaching staff working in the educational institution (Islamabad Model Schools/Colleges) under the ambit of Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad with the direction that following is the minimum work load with the duration of 40 minutes for each period to be followed by all teaching staff. However, Head of Institutions will have the discretion to decide rationalized workload according to the institutional needs and it may exceed prescribed limit. Detail of revised workload for all teaching staff working in Islamabad Model Schools and Colleges (Ex FG and Ex MC) is as under:
