The Punjab Government has officially announced a winter vacation period for all non-formal education institutes across the region. This decision, effective from January 1 to January 10, 2024, was declared by the Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education Department of Punjab.
Punjab Government Announces Winter Break for Non-Formal Education Institutes
The issued notification highlights the government’s response to the intensifying cold weather conditions, prioritizing the well-being and comfort of students and staff in these educational settings. “In view of the increasingly harsh weather conditions, the Punjab Government has decided to grant a winter break to all Non-Formal Education Institutions in the province from the 1st to the 10th of January, 2024,” the official statement detailed.
In new of the increasingly harsh weather, the winter vacations in all Non-Formal Education Institutions in Punjab are hereby notified from 01st January 2024 to 10th January 2024.
