I am directed to refer to your office letter No. SO (SE-I)Misc-2023 dated 23.01.2023 on the subject cited above and to say that your request regarding promotion/e-transfer of 3599 promoted teachers to actualize their promotions and 2393 teachers awaiting for posting on hardship basis (widows, divorce, medical ground ,wedlock) has been acceded to by the authority with the directions that proper merit and objective criteria be kept in view.
