Health professionals, including Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, and Allied Health Professionals, can now submit Ex-Pakistan Leave, Earned Leave, Extra Ordinary Leave (EOL), and more through the portal starting from January 29, 2024. Specialized Health & Medical Education (SHC&ME) Department has successfully launched Online Leave Portal which is operational in all health facilities working under SHC&ME Department. In this connection a comprehensive training of this Leave Portal has already been given to all Focal Persons nominated by respective Health Facilities. Login credentials have also been shared with the concerned Focal Persons
It has now been decided that all kind of Ex-Pakistan Leave. Earned Leave,
Extra Ordinary Leave (EOL) etc. may please be sent through this online portal w.e.f 29-012024 (Monday). It is pertinent to mention here that all such leaves received through this online portal shall only be entrained w.e.f 29-01-2024. Manual submission of all types of leaves shall not be considered. This initiative has been taken only to facilitate all health professionals including Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Allied Health Professionals etc
It is requested to submit all such leaves through this online portal Verification of all relevant documents for leave shall be the responsibility of the respective Head of Institute Hospital. It is further requested that while submitting online leave application. please ensure proper filling of online application form.
